Job Description:
We are a leading Odoo partner company specializing in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire new clients, showcasing the benefits of our services and selling the Odoo ERP solution to them.

Prospect, identify, and generate new leads for potential clients who can benefit from our Odoo implementation services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential target markets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Odoo for their specific business needs.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients.
Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of the ERP market and familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales.
Knowledge of the Odoo ecosystem and its modules is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
